For its excellence in service to the University of Chicago, CTS Impact was recognized at the annual University of Chicago Business Diversity Symposium. As a result of relationships established during presentations at a previous university symposium, CTS Impact was engaged by the university to assist with several business integration initiatives including business process improvement, change management and training.

University of Chicago President Robert J. Zimmer welcomed over 500 guests to the event, including an invitation by then-Governor Patrick Quinn to Julie Scott to share her perspective on the business diversity program.

During her remarks, Scott said the University’s business diversity approach is “diversity on steroids. This program is a dramatic departure from everything else we have seen. Everyone here really walks the walk, not just talks the talk.”
